Welcome to Reynora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reynora web app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Reynora is a behind-the-chair business assistant for independent beauty professionals — consultations, formulas, retail recommendations, client records, and business tools. Reynora does not take bookings or payments from your clients; you continue to book and get paid however you do today. Reynora is currently in an early "hair" release; other trades are coming soon.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@reynora.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
You own the information you put into Reynora (clients, notes, photos, formulas, prices). You're responsible for having the right to store it and for obtaining any consent required — including your clients' consent before uploading their photos or personal details. You grant Reynora permission to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
Don't use Reynora to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Reynora offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Elite). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Reynora relies on trusted providers to run — including Supabase (hosting & database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and, if you connect it, Square (booking sync). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.
Pricing suggestions, take-home math, tax set-asides, and similar tools are friendly estimates for your planning — not financial, tax, or professional advice. You're responsible for your own pricing and business decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reynora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Reynora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Reynora collects, how we use it, and your choices.
Account info you provide: your name, email, phone, and business/salon name. Content you add: clients, notes, service history, formulas, prices, and any photos you upload. Usage & device data: basic technical information to run and improve the app. Payment info: handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
To provide and personalize the Service, sync your data across your devices, process subscriptions, send account and transactional emails, and keep the app secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Only the service providers needed to run Reynora: Supabase (secure hosting & database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Square (only if you connect it, for booking sync). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
When you add client details or photos, you are the owner of that data and responsible for having the appropriate consent. Reynora stores it privately on your behalf and uses it only to provide the Service to you.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual records anytime, and you can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@reynora.app.
Data is stored in access-controlled databases, photos in a private storage bucket, and connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information. Contact us and we'll help.
Reynora uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Clearing it will sign you out.
Reynora is for professionals 18 and older and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
